ABOUT

KATE CONKLIN
PT, DPT, CSCS
Kate specializes in orthopedic and sports injuries as well as total knee replacements, total hip replacements, and shoulder surgery. She is a lover of sports and dance but also enjoys working with patients seeking to resume a more functional, pain-free way of life. Her philosophy centers on the path to reaching the end goal - and emphasizes the importance of celebrating smaller milestones along the way.
Her protocols include offering the safest possible solutions for her patients, and that includes going to their homes. She makes manual, patient-centered physical therapy accessible to a variety of individuals - from a young Irish dancer to an advanced-aged patient, who has had a stroke, wanting to garden again.

One significant advantage of Kate's services is that treatment is delivered in the patients home; she provides the treatment table and all necessary equipment for the most effective treatment. There is a $25 service fee for travel outside of the 27613 zip code. There is also a $10 fee for dry needling during the 60- minute treatment session.

She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. She is also Certified in Dry Needling.
